It's been a while, but here's to summarize so far:

I stopped taking my C-60 mixture at the end of June, to see if it had caused any change in my mental outlook.  The only thing I've noticed in the time since then, is a gradual decrease in energy, though still a bit more hyper-active than I was before starting.  I was a little worried that the C-60 would interfere with a free radical of nitrogen that is important in neural activity.  It hasn't appeared to cause any problems, however.

I intend to restart my dosage schedule at the end of August, after I can find a way to make it taste better.

Random update.

I have noticed a decreased tolerance for alcohol, and a continued study increase in physical energy, to the point where I often feel mental fatigue before I'm physically tired now.

I'm still taking the same amount per week, I intend to for approx 3 months.

End of month 1

I have continued taking 200 ml/week of my fullerene solution.  I have noticed that I tend to have more energy throughout the day, and fewer muscle aches when I wake up of a morning.

No record-able physiological changes.

End of week 2

I've decided on a dose of 40 ml/day, 5 days a week.  It's a little bit less than a shot's worth, so it has less chance of making you feel ill, since most people don't regularly drink cups of oil.

The only change I've noticed over the last two weeks is a slight increase in energy, which may be from adding the olive oil to my diet.

Just an update

So, it's been little over a week since I started. No noticeable changes in my mood, although I've found myself needing caffeine a bit less.  (From a pot a day to a cup or two a day).

Only potential worry is that it'll interfere with the NO process in my nervous system.

I mixed 0.5 grams of C60 in 1L of olive oil.

After mixing, it appeared to be a dark brown in color.

I allowed this mixture to sit in a dark room for 10 days, after which it took on the deep red/purple color that signifies C60 dissolved in a lipid base.

I intended to take the full 200 mL of my first weekly dose today.  However, I hadn't realized quite how disgusting that much olive oil tastes.  I will be dividing the dose down into a daily measure, which should be more palatable.  :\ Poor reason, I know, but if it's ever going to be commonly accepted, it needs to be a dosage that doesn't make you feel nauseous.

So, equivalent portions for my body weight to the study is a dose of  0.258g/0.3225L per dose.

I don't have an accurate enough scale for that, so I'm going to do 0.5g/1L

The purpose of this blog.

A recent study of C60 molecules, commonly known as buckyballs, have shown that they have no chronic or acute toxicity for mammals.  An unforeseen side effect of C60 on the rats was the effective doubling of their estimated lifespans.

Solubilized C60 appears to scour free radicals from whatever system it's in, though the exact mechanism is not known.

The study did not detect any noticeable changes in the rats; behavior, but there were non-negligible amounts of C60 detected in the brains.  I will be updating this as much as possible with my mood, blood pressure, resting heart rate, height, weight, and any other notable effects.

I will be mixing the C60 with virgin olive oil in a proportion of 5g/1l.

So, to start:  I am 6'5", 26 years old, Caucasian, male, no known genetic or heredity deficiencies.  I weight approximately 330 lbs, am slightly overweight, not heavily muscled.

In terms of mood and brain health, I tend towards a sort of dissatisfied happiness, with a relatively short attention span.  I occasionally suffer bouts of minor depression and tend to be emotional.  Any noticable changes to this will be noted here.
